Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Awards
In continuation of the ‘Women Inclusion Guide in CA Profession & the Workforce’, the CA Women Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) is proud to announce the inaugural Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Awards—a prestigious recognition initiative designed to celebrate excellence in workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion across Pakistan’s professional and corporate sectors.
As inclusive leadership becomes increasingly essential for long-term organizational success, the D&I Awards aim to spotlight ICAP-registered entities that are championing inclusive practices, fostering equitable opportunities, and setting benchmarks in gender inclusion, leadership development, and workplace culture.
About the Awards
The Diversity & Inclusion Awards are an initiative of the CA Women Committee, established to acknowledge organizations that are leading the way in building inclusive, equitable, and empowering workplaces. These awards honor institutions that have demonstrated measurable progress and implemented innovative strategies to create environments where all individuals—regardless of gender—are enabled to thrive.
This initiative provides a platform to recognize organizations that have embedded diversity and inclusion into the fabric of their leadership, operations, and long-term strategies.
Award Categories
The FOUR Award categories include:
- Gender Equity & Inclusion Excellence Award
Recognizes an organization that has achieved measurable progress in creating gender-balanced workplaces through strategic recruitment, retention, and advancement of women. - Inclusive Workplace Culture Award
Honors an organization that has created psychologically safe, supportive work environments where women thrive professionally while maintaining work-life integration. - Women's Professional Development & Leadership Award
Celebrates an organization that invests in developing women's careers through mentorship, sponsorship, leadership development, and creating pathways to senior positions. - Innovation in Gender Inclusion Award
Awards an organization that has implemented creative, innovative solutions to advance gender inclusion, including technology enabled initiatives, or groundbreaking programs.
Eligibility – Who Can Apply?
The awards are open to ICAP-registered entities, including:
- Training Organizations in Practice (TOiPs)
- Training Organizations Outside Practice (TOoPs)
- Learning Providers

A well-respected jury of industry and profession leaders will review all the nominations received.
